At Frogshop Fitnes, we strive for a clear and simple shopping experience. Our returns policy is designed in accordance with the law of the United States and protects both you as a consumer and us as a company.
1. Statutory Reflection and Return Period
You have the right to cancel an order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. Within this period, you can return the product and receive a refund. The 30-day period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive the last product in your order.
2. Return Policy
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be in its original condition and meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. You can open the product to try it, like in a store.
- All original labels, price tags, and packaging must be intact.
- You must include a copy of proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation).
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
Returns are not possible for items that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
3. How to register a return
To register a return, please email sales@frogshopfitnes.com within 30 days. Please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- The order number
- Which items you want to return
We will send you the return instructions by email.
4. Responsibilities for Return Costs
Returns due to cancellation (e.g., wrong size, changed your mind): You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels in this case. You are free to choose your own carrier. For your own safety, we recommend always sending returns using a traceable shipping method.
Returns due to a defect or error on our part: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a return label or reimburse the return shipping costs.
Please note: If an item arrives damaged, please report this as soon as possible after receipt, preferably within 3 business days, so we can quickly resolve the issue with the carrier.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow the returns procedure.
6. Refund process
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will process your refund. You will receive a full refund, including any original shipping costs, within 7 business days. Refunds are always issued via your original payment method. We do not charge any restocking fees.
7. Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or color? Please notify us of the exchange by email as described above. You must return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. Once we receive the return, we will process the refund for the original item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return and the new order.
