1. General Shipping Information

We are a company based in the United States, and we ship our products to customers there. Our goal is to provide you with a transparent and hassle-free shipping experience.

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Texas, United States.

2. Processing time and Delivery time

Processing Time (Handling Time): All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be processed the following business day.

Order cut-off time: The cut-off time for orders is 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00, New York time). Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Time (Transit Time): The time for a package to be delivered after shipping from our warehouse is as follows:

  • United States (USPS): 5-8 working days

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Your total delivery time is the sum of our processing time and the carrier’s transit time.

  • United States: 1-2 business days (processing) + 5-8 business days (shipping) = 6-10 business days.

Please note that these are estimates, and delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen logistical delays.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total value of your order:

  • Shipping Cost is Free on All Orders.

The final shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process, before you complete the payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and location of your package directly on the carrier’s website (USPS) or via our dedicated Track Order page.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@frogshopfitnes.com the provided email address, with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, please include photos of the package and its contents. We will work with the shipping company to investigate the problem and find a solution as quickly as possible.

6. Change Order and Adjust Address

We understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to change your shipping address or other order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the package has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
